I loved Joseph's curls, especially when they reacted to the humidity after an hour playing in the backyard.

But he's more than 18 months and had never had a haircut. Those wispy-soft baby locks had to go and Scott and I were finally ready.
I held Joseph on my lap while I sat on the toilet set. Scott used electric clippers and got great results. It only took him 5 minutes. And Joseph actually giggled through the whole thing. Adorable.

It's always sad to cut those first baby whispies off. Too bad with Jonathan I did that at 2 months :) But he looks so handsome! I'm glad that he even enjoyed his haircut :)

Those curls are adorable!! It's amazing what a hair cut can do to your image... he gained like 3 years. But he's still as handsome as can be!!
I have a hard time cutting those curls off too. I think little boys look older when they get haircuts, still cute of course.

Look at him!! Little Joseph looks so grown up in these pictures. I can't believe it! His little blue eyes are just adorable! I love his expression in the first picture! Ah! What a CUTIE!
I remember doing the same with Peyton who had the same type of curls! Then they never came back! He looks like such a big boy now!
