A few weeks ago, Texas had a "Sales Tax Free" weekend for Back-to-School items. This mostly covered backpacks, pencils, tennis shoes and sweaters, but I was delighted to discover that "baby underwear", aka diapers, were also included. So we stocked up on our very favorite brand. Here Ian is enjoying the spoils.

I totally miss tax-free weekend. Missouri and Oklahoma do those too. The "school supplies" actually extends to a lot of things. When I worked at Victoria's Secret everything except for beauty items is eligible for tax-free status at that same time since it's all clothing. Tax-free underwear for women and babies!
Yay for scores of diapers!! That's a great incentive! And the spoils make a fun plaything.
Dang!! We missed it, I totally forgot about tax-free weekend this year.
